  I am so happy that I finally found a credible place to buy this cake topper from. I had located it at another website but all they had it was with sports logos on it and cost about $50. No joke. And I was going to get it because I really really wanted it and decided to check it out here and of course they had it. The reason its getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because the paint job on it is poor.   I bought this to go on top of a separate wedding cake just for some laughs. I thought it would be cute like in the picture. However when I got the topper I knew I couldn't use these for the cake. First there was a minor detail that the hair on them was actually black instead of brown that it shows in the picture. That didn't really bother me so much. What did bother me was the fact that the girl has a mans face and the guy has a very, very creepy face. He almost looks like an ugly, creepy, stalker. I regret buying this topper completely.   I was a little scared that I wouldn't like this topper when I bought it but I was pleasantly surprised! There are a few little things about the painting that I don't like, but no one will notice when it is on our cake. Since we are both light haired, I am painting the hair of the groom, and hope I can make it look as good as the dark hair did!   I loved it! . . real good detail, only one spot that I noticed but no one else would :).. I was also a little large and heavy! . . make sure your cake person has it well before the wedding day so you and they know if it fits the cake you want. Plus it needs extra support! My cake person was able to change the dementions to make it fit my cake, it looked great but when the ganache filling started to melt (outdoor wedding) it shifted and did not support it and it went tumbling to the ground and broke.   We just received this cake topper, and I was a little disappointed. It's very nice, but truthfully, the Avengers pictures are stickers on the plastic frame, and they don't look as nice in person as they do in the photo. The whole thing just looks a little cheaper than I anticipated. That being said, it is still a fantastic cake topper! It's not super huge, but would look great on a 9 x 13 or 9 inch round cake. You could use it on a slightly larger cake, but if you plan on making a really big cake, you will either want something else, or you will want to add some stand up figurines to the cake. I would say that the cake in the photo must be a 9 x 13 cake. My son likes it though, and that's what really matters. And after his birthday, he can keep this topper in his room and light it up at night.
